These terms govern your access to the CleanCartList website, accounts and early-access services.

Early-access service
CleanCartList is currently in pre-launch development. Features, availability, product records and pricing may change before general release. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in information confidential and for activity conducted through your account.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful personal or household purposes.
- Do not attempt to access another user’s account or restricted administrative systems.
- Do not disrupt, scrape at unreasonable volume, reverse engineer or misuse the service.
- Do not submit content you do not have the right to provide.
Product and ingredient information
CleanCartList provides preference-matching and educational information, not medical care or professional dietary advice. Product formulas, labels and manufacturing practices can change. Always verify the current package label before purchasing or consuming a product.
User submissions
If you submit label images, corrections or other product information, you represent that you may lawfully provide it. You grant CleanCartList permission to use that material to operate and improve the product database.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue early-access features when needed. We do not guarantee that every product, ingredient, retailer or feature will be available or error-free.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. CleanCartList is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
